Our Investments
Josemite acquires businesses with solid financials and growth opportunities. With each acquisition, select investors are contacted and offered a unique opportunity to invest in the new business. Josemite provides term sheets for the new assets and allows investors to have complete control of which asset to add to their investment portfolio. All individuals who agree to invest in the new venture will become part of an S-Corp created for the stated opportunity and will receive the pass through tax benefits of owning the business. Proceeds from the sale of the business will be distributed to investors based on share precentage owned by the individual.
